Clear Expectations. Professional Standards.


At L&M Wrap Solutions, we are committed to delivering a high-quality experience in all our automotive services from start to finish. The following policies are in place to ensure clarity, fairness, and the best possible results for every client.


DEPOSIT POLICY


Securing Your Appointment


A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments for our paint protection film and vinyl wraps.


Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Due to the time reserved and preparation involved, deposits are non-refundable.


CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING


We understand that schedules can change.


Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.

Deposits may be transferred one time to a new appointment with proper notice.

Cancellations without sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.


VEHICLE CONDITION


Proper Preparation Matters


Final results of our automotive services depend heavily on the condition of your vehicle’s paint.


Vehicles must arrive reasonably clean.

Pre-existing damage (rock chips, scratches, paint defects) will remain visible under film.

Additional preparation may be required for vehicles with excessive contamination or defects, which may affect final pricing.


PRICING


All listed prices for our paint protection film and vinyl wraps are starting ranges and subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, film selection, and service scope.


Final pricing will always be confirmed and approved prior to installation.


WARRANTY


Confidence in Our Work


We stand behind both our materials and installation quality.


Manufacturer-backed warranty on all paint protection film.

Coverage typically includes yellowing, cracking, and peeling.

Workmanship warranty on installation.


Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.


Installed by a 3M trained & certified professional.


POST-INSTALL CARE


Protecting Your Investment


Do not wash your vehicle for 5–7 days after installation of our vinyl wraps or paint protection film.

Avoid high-pressure washing on edges.

Minor bubbles or moisture may be visible initially and will settle as the film cures.


Proper care ensures the longevity and performance of your paint protection film.


LIABILITY


L&M Wrap Solutions is not responsible for:


Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.

Issues related to aftermarket paint or prior repairs.

Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

By booking a service with L&M Wrap Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined above.
